FunCakes Piping Gel is a transparent gel that can be used to create beautiful effects on cakes (e.g. water droplets or misty effects).

Alternatively, you can thinly spread the top of cupcakes with a layer of the gel before covering them with marzipan or fondant. Additionally, FunCakes gel is ideal for use with edible paper.

You can use a disposable piping bag to apply the gel.

Store in a cool and dry place, 15-20°C.
