Macaroons - French almond dessert

Simple and quick preparation, only water is added

Ingredients for preparation: 1 kg of Delimacaron + 200 g of water

Instructions for use: mix the ingredients with a whisk at a higher speed for 5 minutes. Using a bag with a smooth tip, spray approx. 120 macaroons (approx. 10 g of dough) on a baking sheet covered with a silicone sheet and leave to dry for 10 - 15 min., max. 1 hour. Bake for approx. 15 - 18 min. at 130 - 150 °C with an open oven. Food coloring can be added to the mixture towards the end of the whipping.

Filling: butter creams with the flavors of various types of Karin, FunCakes butter cream or FunCakes protein cream, each of the creams can be flavored with FunCakes aroma paste

Completion: fill the cooled macaroon with filling (4 g) and cover with the second macaroon

Ingredients: sugar, almonds 21%, wheat starch, dried egg white, emulsifiers: E475, E471, E433, E415 (thickener), aroma.

The product may contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, nuts.
