Rainbow Dust ProGel is highly concentrated and a new standard in food coloring!
Only a small amount of ProGel is enough for intense coloring, meaning that the tubes will last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, sponge cake etc. and watch it transform into the desired color.
Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more worrying about the color leaking into your color tray.
How to use: add gel to fondant or marzipan and work it in. Work in until you reach the desired color. Colored fondant or marzipan is ready for use in modeling, covering, or decorating your confectionery products!
