Rainbow Dust ProGel is highly concentrated and a new standard in food coloring!

Only a small amount of ProGel is enough for intense coloring, meaning that the tubes last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, sponge cake, etc. and watch it transform into the desired color.

Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a seal below the screw cap. Simply peel off and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more color spilling into your color compartment.

How to use: add gel to fondant or marzipan and knead it. Knead until you reach the desired color. Colored fondant or marzipan is ready for use in modeling, covering, or decorating your confectionery products!
