MIRALL mirror glaze with high gloss - strawberry - Fragola - 250g

Smooth strawberry mirror glaze with high gloss for icing. Can also be used to flavor creams.

Instructions: Take the necessary amount of MIRALL strawberry - Fragola and heat it in a microwave or a water bath to a temperature of 45-50°C. Stir briefly without incorporating air. Place the products intended for glazing on a suitable surface and spread them with Mirror Fragola using a spatula. Lightly shake the glazed product. Mirror Fragola can be used without heating. Briefly work the necessary amount with a spatula and then glaze the product. Products coated with MIRALL strawberry will maintain their gloss even at -20°C.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, strawberry puree (5%), modified starch, thickeners (E440ii, E407, E341ii), extracts of black carrot and safflower, acidity regulator citric acid, emulsifier E471, preservative E202, flavor. May contain traces of milk.

Store in a cool, dry place.
