Lilly - yogurt - whipped cream stabilizer - 250g
A powder mixture from Irca company for preparing cold creams. Suitable for use in cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.
Usage: Lilly yogurt 200g, water 500g + 600g chilled cream.
Instructions: Mix the powder with water and slowly fold into whipped unsweetened cream.
Pour into suitable molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for at least 40 minutes. Can also be used for making ice cream.
