A cold-prepared chocolate cream powder mix from Irca company.
Suitable for: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.
Dosage: LILLY CIOCCOLATO 200g + water or milk (20-25°C) 200g + whipping cream 1000g
Note: add sugar to the cream if needed
Usage: Mix the powder with water and slowly fold into whipped unsweetened cream.
Place in suitable molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for at least 40 minutes. Can also be used for ice cream.
