Powdered mix for Panna Cotta dessert - 500g
Ingredients: sugar, glucose, gelatin, modified starch, thickener: carrageenan, aroma, salt, dextrose.
Instructions for use:
Panna Cotta mix 150 g
fresh cream 400 g
Boil over a flame in a pan or in microwave the cream and milk. Remove it from fire and add Panna Cotta Mix mixing thoroughly with a whisk to avoid lumps. Pour the cream into the molds and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. For a tastier product prepare panna cotta only with fresh cream ( panna cotta mix 130g - cream 1000g.
Store in a cool and dry place.
