FunCakes Aroma Paste - Blueberry - 120g

These FunCakes pastes with flavor have excellent taste and are perfect for flavoring creams, ice creams.

FunCakes aroma pastes are also suitable for baking and enhancing e.g. sponge cake batters. If baking at a higher temperature than 200°C, use a larger amount of paste, as high temperature reduces the intensity of the flavor. Aroma paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar, blueberry juice and pulp (30%), glucose syrup, hibiscus and carrot extract, acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E440a, aroma.

May contain traces of: eggs, milk, and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
