Usage: Shape the mass into a small cylinder and place it into the mold, previously dusted with cornstarch, powdered sugar, some also greased with fat. Gently press both sides of the mold together and trim off the excess mass around the pearls. The pearls can be painted with food colors or spray afterwards.

Do not close the mold with force.
