Elastic pistachio frosting 500g
Elastic fat-based frosting for decorating bakery and pastry products.
Does not break when cut. Also suitable for freezing.
Instructions: Heat to 50°C and use as needed.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils and fats, lactose, whey powder, pistachios, emulsifiers (E322, E492), milk protein, flavor, coloring E160a, E141.
Store in a cool and dry place.
