Sandra Black - 5kg

Complete mixture for the production of special black cast material. Intended for further processing.

Composition: sugar, wheat flour, cocoa with reduced fat, dried milk, chickpea flour, raising agents (E450, E500), wheat fiber,

dried egg white, acidity regulator (E524), salt, thickener (E415).

Dosage: Sandra Black 1000g + liquid eggs 560g + drinking water 320g + edible oil 180g.

Combine all the listed ingredients and let them swell for about 5 minutes. Then mix with a whisk at the slowest speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and homogeneous consistency.

Spread on a baking tray with raised edges lined with baking paper. (approx. 40x40cm)

Bake at 230°C for about 7-8 minutes. From the specified quantity, about 3 sheets can be made.
