Cutters for cutting out salty and sweet doughs with intricate inner shapes.
We dust a rolled dough sheet, about 5 mm thick, on both sides and cut out with a cutter. By pressing the button, we push out the cut shape into the palm of the other hand and place it on a greased baking sheet or baking foil.
1. - Preparation of dough for cheese pretzels:
500 g plain flour, 250 g grated Edam cheese, 250 g fat, 250 ml whipping cream or sour cream, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 egg yolk, 1 baking powder, 2 teaspoons seasoning mix. Decorate with caraway, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, or coarse salt. Bake until pink for about 12 - 15 minutes at 150°C.
Excellent with wine or beer.
Cleaning:
Unscrew the screw at the bottom of the ejector and disassemble the cutter. Wash in warm water with regular dish soap and reassemble after drying.
