    Wilton Piping Tip - Drop Flower - Decorating Nozzle #789

    Metal decorating tip by Wilton. The resulting extruded shape resembles a ribbon, drop flower, petal, rod, etc.

    Often used for "weaving" baskets

    Place the iced cake on a turntable.

    Take a piping bag large enough to fit tip #789 (at least 40 cm). Fill the bag halfway with icing. Hold the bag at a 45° angle and gently press the tip against the cake. Extrude the ribbon of icing in a continuous spiral motion, while rotating the turntable to cover the cake top and urge the final ribbon to cover the edge of the cake's top.

    To cover the sides, extrude the icing while slowly rotating the cake. Repeat the process until the entire side of the cake is covered.


    This product is not dishwasher safe.

    The decorating tip can be used with large decorating bags. This tip cannot be used in combination with an adapter.
