Product Description:
This paste is a perfect choice for flavoring buttercreams, Bavarois, whipped cream, ice creams, ganache, and various fillings. It is also suitable for cake and cupcake batter – and even for baking at higher temperatures.
The practical 100g packaging is sufficient for several sweet projects.
Instructions for Use:
Recommended dosage: 30g of flavoring paste per 500g of batter or filling.
When baking above 200°C, we recommend slightly increasing the dosage due to possible taste intensity reduction.

cake batter, muffins, rolls
ice creams and cold desserts
chocolate ganache
mint candies in chocolate
Ingredients:
Sugar, water, glucose syrup, natural flavor, mint extract, coloring: E133, thickener: E440a, antioxidant: E300.
May contain traces of: eggs, milk, nuts.
Storage:
Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Optimal temperature: 15–20°C. Consume within a reasonable time after opening.
