Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuit, CHOCOLATE, cream, pasta, etc. and watch it transform into the desired color.

Each gel comes in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel off and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more worry about the color leaking into the color tray.

How to use: Add the gel to fondant or marzipan and work it in. Work until the desired color is achieved. The colored fondant or marzipan is ready for modeling. After incorporating the color into the dough, bake at up to 200°C.
