Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with a specific color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel and squeeze the gel from the tube. No more color spillage into the color compartment.

How to use: add gel to fondant or marzipan and work it in. Work until the desired color. Colored fondant or marzipan is ready for modeling. After incorporating the color into the dough, bake only up to 200°C.
