How much do you need to cover a cake? For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm you will need approximately 500g of fondant. Fondant is also very suitable for decorations. 

Usage for decorations: Add to 250g of fondant one full teaspoon of Tylose (item 1098) and a bit of water. Before using knead well and roll out on a dusted surface until thin and continue shaping flowers or figurines.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel oil, palm), humectant (E422), thickener (E415, E466), emulsifier (E471), natural flavoring, preservative (E200), citric acid (E330), color (E172, E120). E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
