How much is needed to cover a cake? For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you will need approximately 500g of fondant. Fondant is also very suitable for decorations.

Use for decorations: Add one full teaspoon of Tylose (item 1098) to 250g of fondant and a little water. Knead well before use and roll out on icing sugar into a thin sheet for modeling flowers or figures.
