Sugarflair Pastel Gel Food Colour - Satin Black Magic - 25g
This concentrated gel food colour can be used to dye marzipan and fondant or creams, achieving beautiful natural colours.
The picture shows a starfish made of fondant and a seashell made of marzipan. Apply the colour with a spatula and work it in, repeat this process until you achieve the desired shade.
Do not use more than 3g of paste colour per 1kg of cake and decoration.
Ingredients: humectant: E422, E1520, anti-caking agent: E551, colorants: E171, E172, E133, E555, starch.
Suitable for all water-based foods.
