ModecorGel for Edible Paper 50g

Special food gel for edible paper.

Developed to enhance colors and achieve a realistic look of images/photos on edible paper. Also serves to protect the image from smudging and to attach the image to a cake. Can be colored.

Directions for use: Apply the gel to the back of the image and stick it onto the cake. Then, brush the image from the top. Apply with a knife or spatula.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar (29%), water, gelling agent: E406, acidifier: E330, preservative: E202.

May contain traces of milk, soy, hazelnuts.

Store in a cool and dry place.
