Instructions: For 450g of the mixture (sifted!), add 55ml of water. Add water to the mixture and whisk with a whisk/mixer for about 7-10 minutes at low speed. The Royal Icing is ready when it is shiny and firm. To 200g of royal icing add 1 teaspoon of water if you want medium firmness or 2 teaspoons of water to achieve a thin consistency (for pouring over a finished cake).
