Taste-wise, this versatile covering and modeling substance from the company Ireks is clearly one of the best on the market. The substance is easy to work with, elastic, does not crack, but it is necessary to work it well.
You don't have to be afraid to use Montana substance even for making edible lace. Our lace molds are ideal for this purpose.
If you don't use up all the worked substance, you can keep it fresh and well wrapped in the cold for up to a month.
Usage: 500g of Montana mixture, 75-85ml of water (preferably more, as it can always be thickened again with Montana mixture), 25g of softened 100% fat (Omega)
Preparation: all ingredients (fat must be softened) are combined in a mixer with kneading hooks (or in a home bread maker, and it can also be worked by hand) into a slightly sticky substance, which is placed in a firmer plastic bag and left to rest for at least 3 hours (preferably all day) at room temperature. After resting, the substance no longer sticks and can be worked with immediately. If you need to use the substance right after preparation, use less water (70ml).
Ingredients: sugar, dried milk, color E171, glucose syrup, flavor, stabilizer E415. The substance is free of preservatives.
