Pour the chocolate onto a plate, spread it with a spatula so that the edges are clean, and put it in the refrigerator to set. Thanks to the temperature shock, it will become glossy. Once hardened, remove it from the mold and use it to decorate all pastry products.

Before the first use, wash with water and soap.

Do not wash in the dishwasher!
