Sliced pork gelatine
For use in hot and cold kitchens.
Soak the slices in cold water for 5-7 minutes, then squeeze the gelatin thoroughly.
Hot dishes: dissolve immediately (sauces, light creams and whipped cream mousse with a lower fat content).
Cold dishes: (in whipped cream, creams, puddings, for fruit gelling, in aspic), put the swollen gelatin in a bowl, heat in the microwave or saucepan and mix thoroughly before dissolving.Attention!!!it must not overheat, only dissolve!After use in the dish, leave for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Never reverse the procedure, as dissolved gelatin immediately solidifies to form lumps.
