MIRROR mirror glaze with high gloss - pistachio - 250g

Mirror glaze for coating with high gloss. Can also be used to flavor creams.

Instructions: Take the required amount and heat in a microwave or in a water bath to a temperature of 45-50°C. Mix briefly without incorporating air. Place the products intended for covering on a suitable base and spread the preparation with a spatula. Gently shake the coated product. Can also be used without heating. Briefly work the required amount with a spatula and then coat the product. Products coated with MIRROR will maintain their gloss even at -20°C.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, palm), pistachios 10%, sugar, thickeners (E440ii, E407, E341iii), acidity regulator E270, emulsifier E471, preservative E202, coloring (E171, E141, E150c, E100), salt, aroma. May contain traces of milk and nuts. Separated fat in the container is not a defect, mixing will blend it with the glaze.

Store in a cool, dry place.
