
Heavy cream stabilizer - salty caramel - 250g
Dosage: Stabilizer 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g
Usage: Dissolve the stabilizer in water. Immediately fold it into semi-whipped cream using an electric whisk. Whisk to the desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruits according to taste. Use immediately. Let it set in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, gelatin, natural flavor (contains milk), 3.9% caramel sugar syrup (equivalent to 2.5% caramel), 3.1% salt, coloring fruit and vegetable extract (beetroot).
