Template - Slencil - delicate, flexible, bendable plastic.
Used to create a delicate pattern on the surface of a cake, pastry, muffin... Can be used with dusting powder, icings, various creams, spray colors, airbrush, royal icing.
Place the stencil on the covered cake. Apply a thicker layer of icing on it using a palette knife or a pastry scraper. Carefully remove the icing from the stencil with the palette knife and gently peel off the stencil. Let the pattern dry.
For added effect, you can brush with dust or liquid pearl paint after drying.
