Caribe - white coating - white discs - 500g
White fat-based coating, a product for confectionery purposes, without lumps.
Usage: each coating dissolves at max. temperature of 50°C. Temper at 25-30°C - work with the coating at this temperature. Higher temperature during melting damages the coating structure - may cause lumping, etc. This coating also has a content of trans fatty acids well below the norm, i.e. 0.2%.
Ingredients: sugar, hardened vegetable fats, dried skimmed milk (8%), lactose, emulsifier (E322 soy lecithin), flavor.
Allergens: may contain traces of milk and nuts.
