
Cake icing pink
Dr. Oetker Pink Glaze has a deliciously sweet taste and is used as icing for cupcakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Pink icing is easily prepared with a little hot water.
Instructions: Place the packet of pink icing in a bowl with a large quantity of hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes, making sure the packet is submerged. Remove the packet from the water and knead the packet of pink icing well. Cut off the top of the packet and pour the liquid pink icing over the baked, cooled product. Smooth the icing with a flat knife if necessary. Let the icing cool for about 30 minutes.
