White gluten-free mix for edible lace. White lace has a caramel taste and is ideal for making decorations on cakes, pastry products.

Preparation: Mix 50 g of the mix with 50 ml of water in a bowl. Mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. Fill the lace mold with the dough. Dry for 9-12 minutes in the oven at 110°C (hot air oven 100°C) (or 3-4 hours in the air, outside the oven). To prevent hardening, always cover the mix with foil and process within 2 hours. Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature changes and sources of heat.
