Mixture for creating delicate edible lace on a cake

Ingredients: bulking agent: calcium carbonate (E170)(EU), sugar, thickener: sorbitol (E420), stabilizers: carboxymethyl cellulose (E466), xanthan gum (E415), gelling agent: agar (E406), modified starch (E1422), vanilla flavor

Directions for use: In a bowl, mix 250g of powder with 250ml of water using a mixer, then apply with a spatula into a silicone mold and let it dry. Drying time is 4-6 hours.
