Only a small amount of FunCakes is enough for rich coloring, meaning that the tubes last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, sponge cake, CHOCOLATE, cream, pasta, etc. and watch it transform into the desired color.

Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel off and squeeze out the gel from the tube. No more worrying about the color leaking into your color compartment.

How to use: add the gel to fondant or marzipan and work it in. Work it in until reaching the desired color. The colored fondant or marzipan is ready for use in modeling. After incorporating the color into the dough, bake only up to 200°C
