Whipped cream stiffener - toffee - 250g
Powder mix for preparing cold creams. Suitable for use in: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.
Dosage: Thickener 200g + lukewarm water 200-300g + whipped cream 1000g
Instructions: Dissolve the thickener in water. Immediately fold it into the semi-whipped cream using an electric mixer. Whip to the desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste, if desired. Use immediately. Let stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatin, flavor, coloring - caramel
