Clean powdered mixture for flavoring and thickening whipped cream. Enhanced and more economical dosage - save costs! For a wide range of uses - cakes, desserts, decorating, pastries.
Instructions: Mix 100 g of the powder with 100-150 g of water. Gradually fold into 500 g of whipped unsweetened cream. Using warm water slows down the gelation process.
Dissolve the thickener in water. Immediately blend into semi-whipped plant-based cream using an electric mixer. Whip to the desired consistency. To taste, sweeten and add fruit if desired. Immediately pour into molds or onto a prepared base. Allow to stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatin, colorings: copper complexes of chlorophylls, riboflavins, flavorings.
