
Pure natural cream stiffener for making delicious creams
Dosage: Stabilizer 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g
Usage: Dissolve the stabilizer in water. Immediately incorporate it into semi-whipped cream using an electric mixer. Whip to the desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Let stabilize in the refrigerator for approx. 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose, gelatin, cherry juice - granules (equivalent to 20.3% cherry juice), acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), colorant: fruit and vegetable extract (beetroot), natural flavor, table salt.
