    Dosing:

    Layers: 1000g Extra Dark Sponge Cake, 750g egg mixture, 150g water. Beat all ingredients at speed level 3 for 8 minutes.

    Cake, bundt cake: 1000g Sacher Mixture, 700g egg mixture, 150g water, 80g oil (optional). Beat all ingredients except oil at speed level 3 for 8 minutes. In the last minute, switch the mixer to speed level 2, pour in the oil, and let it incorporate.
