High gloss mirror glaze for pouring. Can also be used to flavor creams.

Coating gel with fruit content for decorating pastry products - provides shine and prevents drying out, dries on the product's surface but does not harden, easy to spread. Applied cold.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, raspberries 18%, sugar, water, modified starch: E1442, acid: E330, black carrot concentrate, flavor.
