
Sugarflair Spectral Gel Colour - Hot Pink - 25g
The picture shows a star made of fondant and a seashell made of marzipan. Apply the color with a palette knife and work it in until you reach the desired shade.
Instructions: Color in small amounts by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or similar, then knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully colored. For a richer color, add more paste color.
With sparing use, you can achieve the finest pastel shades, while adding more will give you vibrant colors without altering the consistency of the product you are working with.
Ingredients: Humectant: E422, Solvent: E1520, Thickener: E551, Color: E120.
Suitable for all water-based foods.
