A velvety smooth hazelnut mass with a 33% hazelnut content has a light brown color.

It is ideal for filling pralines, making candies, ganaches, mousses, but it can also be used as a filling for pastries or tea pastries. The content of cocoa butter and cocoa gives a delicate chocolate flavor.
