FunCakes Enchanted Choco Cream - Chocolate Egg White Cream - 450g

With the FunCakes Enchanted Cream mix, you can easily create a light, fluffy, snow-white cream with a vanilla flavor. If you wish, you can create your own flavor by adding flavoring to the cream.

This cream from FunCakes is lighter than buttercream. Thanks to its easy and quick preparation, this cream is great for decorating cakes and muffins. But that's not all, the cream can also be used as a filling, for example for chocolate.

FunCakes Enchanted Cream, once prepared, can last several days in the refrigerator. If you make the cream with water, you can store it outside the refrigerator.

Preparation: For 1 serving of light cream: 150 g of the mix, 100 ml of milk, and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add flavoring as needed. The cream is suitable as a filling or for decoration and can be used immediately. The prepared cream can be stored in the fridge for 5-6 days, stir the cream again before reusing it. It is possible to mix with only 200 ml of milk or only 200 ml of water.

One serving of Enchanted Cream is sufficient to fill two layers and cover a cake with a diameter of Ø 25 cm, or to decorate 24-30 cupcakes.
