Who doesn’t love donuts? With this FunCakes mix you can make the most delicious donuts easy at home.
You only have to add water and oil to the mix. Bake them in the oven or in the frying pan for perfectly formed moist donuts! With a package of 500 grams you can bake 12-24 donuts, depending on the size and thickness.
Preparation: For best result prepare in a fryer. Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Knead 500g mix, 215ml water and 65ml (55g) of vegetable oil with dough hook mixer during 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 mm. Cut out the donuts and let rest for 25 minutes. Preheat the fryer to 180 ° C or 200 ° C (180 ° C). Frying: Bake the donuts for approx. 90 sec per side until golden. Oven: Put the donut in the donut pan and bake the donuts for approx. 12 minutes until golden. Coat donuts with melted butter and decorate as desired.
