Wundermuffin American muffin - 500g

Mixture to a muffins and fine desserts - the original American Foundation for soft muffins, pies and cakes.

• Dosage: 500g muffin mix, 175g whole eggs, 150g oil, 125g water.

• Procedure: Exactly navážíme all ingredients . Oil , eggs and water, pour into a bowl and stir mixture . The mixture stir for 1 minute to 1st gear . Remove the remains of the walls of the bowl and continue mixing. The mixture stir 5 minutes on medium speed . If necessary, add nuts , chocolate chunks or raisins . Stir about half a minute . longer.
  
• Muffin: 180 - 200C - 25min.
• Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (palm and sunflower oil), modified starch, dextrose, dried egg whites, baking powder (E450, E500), skimmed milk powder, humidity controller: sorbitol. emulsifier: soy lecithin, E472e, salt, aroma.
• Allergens: Gluten, milk, eggs. May contain nuts.
• 500g = approx. 12 muffins
