Sandra Lila - Blend for making purple dough
Complete mixture for production of special cast materials of violet color. For further processing.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, milk powder, chickpea flour, leavening substance (E450, E500), glucose, wheat fiber,
dried egg white, salt, colorant (E120), thickener (E415).
Recommended dosage for roll plates: Sandra Lila 1000g + liquid egg 560g + drinking water 320g + edible oil 180g.
Combine all the ingredients and allow to swell for about 5 minutes. Then mix the slider at a slow speed of 1-2 minutes to a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Spread on a baking sheet with a raised edge lined with baking paper. There are about 4 sheets from the indicated amount.
Bake at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
Note: It is necessary to add at least 1850g of finished cream, filling etc. to this basic recipe because of the dye contained in the finished product, which is limited by the EU legislation.
