Concentrated flavor cream with coconut and cookies

Concentrated flavor cream with the taste of white chocolate and coconut with small wafers. Great for use in cream, cake bases, and in making ice cream, or just for decorating pastry and ice cream.

It can be frozen, and even in a freezer at -15°C it maintains a creamy and easily spreadable consistency for easy use.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil, condensed skimmed milk, dried whey, coconut flakes, wafers (wheat flour, vegetable oil, salt, malt extract, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate) emulsifier: soy lecithin. Flavoring, antioxidant: rosemary extract.

May contain traces of gluten and other nuts.

Use as needed.
