Panna Cotta Mix - 500g

Powder mix for making warm Panna Cotta dessert.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose, gelatin, modified starch, thickener: carrageenan, flavor, salt, dextrose.
Instructions:
Panna Cotta mix 150 g
fresh cream 400 g
milk 400g

Heat the cream and milk in a saucepan or microwave. Remove from heat and add the Panna Cotta mix, stir well with a whisk to prevent lumps. Pour the cream into a mold and let it cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours. For a creamier dessert, prepare Panna Cotta with fresh cream only (panna cotta mix 130 g - 800 g cream).
Store in a cool, dry place.
