Net weight 28g. The color is designed for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called flower paste. Add slowly from a small amount to achieve the desired shade.
Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.
Maximum usable dose: 0.11g / 100g.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E122, E110, E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)) ), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).
