Concentrated gel food color.

Packaging weight 28 g. The color is intended for dyeing any confectionery masses - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - also known as flower paste. Add in small amounts until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dosage: 0.08 g / 100 g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorings (E122, E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, and molluscs.
