Wilton gel color Violet 28g - purple

Concentrated gel food colorant.

Net weight of 28g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called sugar pastes. Add a small amount of color at a time until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dose: 0.14g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E122, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
