Packaging weight 28 g. The color is designed for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called flower paste. Add gradually from a small amount to achieve the desired shade.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usable dosage: 1.3 g / 100 g.

Composition: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E122, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
